Partners for Change
Palm Beach County’s substance use problem has been escalating due to the opioid crisis and high number of in-patient treatment centers in South Florida. Center for Family Services’ Partners for Change is a multi-level, outpatient substance use treatment and recovery program. The program is individually tailored to meet the clients’ needs, provide individual and family education, crisis intervention, professional consultation, assessments, case management, group therapy, and individual and family therapy aimed at breaking the cycle of addiction. The Center offers a supportive, therapeutic environment with expert care, which engages clients and ensures positive change.
You may know someone struggling with addiction, or you yourself may struggle with addictions and do not know where to turn. We are here to help you or your loved one recover and, in the long term, break the cycle of addiction. You and your family do not have to face this struggle alone! Please call us at 561-616-1222 to schedule an appointment.
The EMBARRCC Program
“To promote the independence and enhance the quality of life in Palm Beach County by providing effective and essential services to residents in need.”
Center for Family Services is working with other agencies to combat this trend in our state. Our trained staff lead the EMBARRCC program sponsored by Southeast Florida Behavioral Health Network and Palm Beach County. We are a trusted source for Narcan kits, which can reverse the effects of opioid overdose in a life-threatening situation; and our trained Care Coordinators are able to assess and offer placement to Palm Beach County residents seeking treatment. Residents seeking this service may call 561-616-1222 and ask for an appointment with an EMBARRCC Care Coordinator. As always, for outpatient therapy or counseling our Partners for Change program continues to provide these services.
