Center for Family Services has been providing outpatient programs for individuals and families affected by alcohol and other substance use for over 25 years. Center for Family Service’s recovery program is fully licensed through the Department of Children and Families (DCF).
Partners for Change is a multi-level, outpatient substance use treatment and recovery program. The program is individually tailored to meet the clients’ needs, provide individual and family education, crisis intervention, professional consultation, assessments, case management, group therapy, and individual and family therapy aim to promoting recovery in individuals and families. The Center offers a supportive, therapeutic environment with expert care, which engages clients and ensures positive change.
Participants can be self-referred or referred through any of our partner agencies.
The program is offered to adolescents (age 14-17 years) and adults, in office or via telehealth, and in English, Spanish and Creole.

Center for Family Services Partner’s for Change- Recovery program is proud to offer the Expanding and Maximizing Better Access to Recovery and Resiliency through Care Coordination (EMBARRCC). Funded by Southeast Florida Behavioral Health Network, the EMBARRCC program provides in-depth, client-centered level of care assessments to determine which services each client needs to help improve their life. The EMBARRCC team also provides in-depth, client-centered care coordination services to help ensure these much needed services are put into place. The goal of this program is to address substance misuse/use and mental health within Palm Beach and Martin Counties. The Partner’s for Change- Recovery program offers NARCAN free of charge, to any resident of Palm Beach County, funded by the Department of Children and Families (DCF). NARCAN is a medication used to combat the impact of opioid overdose related deaths, and used to help victims of opioid overdoses when they cannot immediately access medical assistance.
