The Center for Family Services wishes everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. But we recognize that Thanksgiving can feel like a lonely time for some individuals. It can bring extra stressors and some may be vulnerable to feeling extra sad or anxious during this time. The holiday may bring attention to one’s physical or emotional distance from others. The Center offers confidential mental health counseling with our professional staff. For more information, please call 561-616-1222.

If you are in crisis, please call or text 988 – the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, which offers 24/7 call, text and chat access to trained crisis counselors who can help people experiencing suicidal thoughts, a mental health crisis, or any other kind of emotional distress. People can also dial 988 if they are worried about a loved one who may need crisis support. The Lifeline is answered locally by 211 Helpline of Palm Beach and Treasure Coast

We will be closed Thursday, November 28th and Friday, November 29th for Thanksgiving. We return to our regular business hours on Monday, December 1st.

Our signature fundraising event returns to The Breakers Palm Beach in February!

Palm Beach Daily News recognized OBL as one of the top five Palm Beach social events of the season. The event boasts an extraordinary silent auction offering a wide selection of new or gently used authentic designer handbags, a beautiful lunch served in one of The Breakers’ oceanfront ballrooms, and an amazing celebrity speaker.

Warmly,

Todd L’Herrou, CEO
