Full Time Clinical Supervisor
Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County is seeking a Full Time Clinical Supervisor to supervise clinicians providing outpatient substance abuse and co-occurring treatment services. The Clinical Supervisor, who reports to the Chief Operating Officer, will supervise therapists and will also provide substance abuse services. This individual oversees the day to day operations of the agency’s outpatient substance use treatment services. We are searching for an individual who is eager for an opportunity to help the agency grow the program.
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- A graduate degree in behavioral science or related field of study obtained from an accredited college or university
- Licensed by the State of Florida in the appropriate professional discipline for at least 2 years
- Certification in the Profession of Addictions through an approved board from any state which has reciprocity with the State of Florida.
- At least two (2) years of supervisory and/or management experience, preferably in the substance abuse field
- At least five (5) years experience in the field of addiction treatment.
- If a recovering alcoholic/addict must have at least five (5) years of continuous abstinence to the present.
- Clear Level 2 background check and fingerprinting through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
- Bilingual preferred.

Per-Diem Clinical Therapist – CSC Mental Health Program
CFS is seeking to hire a mobile therapist to work with children and families in the CSC Mental Health Program. Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual. This position will involve the therapist to work with young children (0-5) and their families in their homes. Candidates applying for this position must have a Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work or related social service field. Candidates who are licensed in the State of Florida will also be given preference. Candidates must be trained in one or more of the following evidenced-based therapy models: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Play Therapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and must be able to learn and implement the Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS), the Healthy Beginnings System (HBDS), and the agency’s electronic health record (ECHO). Must have excellent time management and client engagement skills, be flexible, computer literate and able to document to the highest professional standards required by all funders via electronic health records.

Per-Diem Clinical Therapist – Partners for Change/Recovery Program
Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County is seeking a Per-Diem Clinical Therapist for a position in our Partners for Change/Recovery Program. The Therapist will have a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences from an accredited college, is registered with the State of Florida as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Mental Health Counselor, Licensed or CAP preferred, and experience providing therapy to adults experiencing substance abuse issues and co-occurring problems. Bilingual, Spanish speaking and proficient in both Spanish and English preferred. The Therapist must be experienced in using or be able to learn, and implement the evidence based practice called the Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS). The Therapist must be computer literate and able to document to the highest professional standards required by all funders via electronic health records.
