Clinical Therapist – Prenatal Plus Mental Health Services
The Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County is seeking a Full Time Clinical Therapist to work with expectant mothers. Master’s degree in social science or related field required, License preferred. The candidate for this position will have experience providing therapy to adults and families in the home setting. Services are provided in the client’s home, due to the current pandemic teletherapy is being utilized. Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual, capable of providing counseling to families in Haitian Creole. Applicant must have excellent client engagement skills, be flexible and work well other disciplines. Individual, family and group therapy skills are a must. Applicant must be computer literate and able to document to the highest professional standards required by all funders.

Clinical Supervisor – Counseling for Parents and Young Children (CPYC)
The Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County, Inc., is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Supervisor for Counseling for Parents and Young Children’s Program (CPYC) funded by the Children’s Services Council. The Clinical Supervisor, who reports to the Chief Operating Officer, will supervise per diem and full-time therapists and may carry a small caseload. The Clinical Supervisor will also possess knowledge of child mental health, have experience working with young children, and be trained in one or more of the following evidenced-based therapy models: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Play Therapy, or Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). The Clinical Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the CPYC program and services provided to clients who present with conditions related to the mental health needs of children and families. The Clinical Supervisor will have a graduate degree in behavioral science or related field of study obtained from an Accredited College or University, licensed in the state of Florida, have supervisory and/or management experience, preferably in the mental health field. The applicant must also hold a state of Florida license in mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or social work. The Clinical Supervisor will need to pass a background check, which includes fingerprinting through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and a drug screen. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish or English/Creole).
