Clinical Supervisor – Substance Abuse Program

Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County is seeking a Full Time Clinical Supervisor to supervise clinicians providing outpatient substance abuse and co-occurring treatment services.  The Clinical Supervisor, who reports to the Chief Operating Officer, will supervise therapists and will also provide substance abuse services.  This individual oversees the day to day operations of the agency’s outpatient substance use treatment services. We are searching for an individual who is eager for an opportunity to help the agency grow the program.

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • A graduate degree in behavioral science or related field of study obtained from an accredited college or university
  • Licensed by the State of Florida in the appropriate professional discipline for at least 2 years
  • Certification in the Profession of Addictions through an approved board from any state which has reciprocity with the State of Florida.
  • At least two (2) years of supervisory and/or management experience, preferably in the substance abuse field
  • At least five (5) years of experience in the field of addiction treatment.
  • If a recovering alcoholic/addict must have at least five (5) years of continuous abstinence to the present.
  • Clear Level 2 background check and fingerprinting through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
  • Bilingual preferred.
